SEO Services:

  1. Cancellation Before Work Commences: If you decide to cancel our SEO services before any analytical or optimization work has started, we may offer a full refund, minus any non-refundable deposits or fees that have been clearly communicated prior to the commencement of the services.

  2. Early Termination: For ongoing SEO services, clients may cancel with a 15-day written notice. Given the nature of SEO, refunds for the current month of service are not provided, but no further billing will occur.

Website Build Services:

  1. Cancellation Before Work Commences: If you cancel your website project before the design or development phase has started, you are eligible for a full refund minus any non-refundable deposits or fees.

  2. Dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied with the initial design drafts, we encourage open communication to address your concerns. Our team is committed to making a reasonable number of revisions to meet your specifications. If we are unable to meet your requirements, a partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Process for Requesting a Refund
